Business Analysis is the practice of enabling change in an organizational context, by defining needs and recommending solutions that deliver value to stakeholders. The set of tasks and techniques that are used to perform business analysis are defined in A Guide to the Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK Guide).

have More than 10 years of experience in teaching project management,
risk management, program management, business analysis, Earned Value
Management (EVM), organizational project management (OPM), and business
and management training in both Arabic and English, inside and outside
Malaysia.
I awarded my PhD in project management at Swiss
Management University in April 2017, and currently I am teaching risk
management in MBA program and knowledge management in DBA program , both
programs are offered by John Sulston Business School, UK.

have more than 20 years of experience in the area of Information
Technology managing IT projects and business applications analysis and
development.
